Quick answer: Open Side menu ☰ → Username → Manage Plan, then tap the Manage plan button. CookBook sends you to Apple, Google Play, or Stripe - whichever service you used to subscribe, where you can edit your card or billing info.

Find the right billing portal

1. From the CookBook dashboard, tap the Side menu ☰.
2. Tap your Username.
3. In Update subscription, note which button you see:

• Manage subscription → opens Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).
• Stripe payments / plan → opens Stripe’s secure billing page in your browser.

How to edit payment method in each store

Apple App Store

1. On your iPhone/iPad, open Settings → Apple ID → Payment & Shipping.
2. Add, remove, or reorder cards. Changes apply to CookBook automatically. (Full Apple guide here.)

1. Open Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Payment methods.
2. Update or add a new card. (Full Google guide here.)

Stripe (web checkout)

1. After tapping Stripe payments / plan, the Stripe portal opens.
2. Click Update payment method, add your new card, then Save.
