How do I copy, move, or swap meals in the Planner?

Quick answer: Use the ⋮ More menu in the Planner’s Bulk copy, move, or delete screen for multi-day edits, or tap a single meal → Edit to shift just that one entry.

Copy meals (single day or date range)

  1. Open Planner from the bottom bar.
  2. Tap the view icon (top-right) to pick Day / Week / Month - whichever makes selecting easier.
  3. Tap the first day in the range you want to copy.
  4. Tap ⋮ More (top-right) → Bulk copy, move or delete.
  5. In Action, choose Copy.
  6. Under Copy between, set the start and end dates you’re copying from. (For one day, choose the same date twice.)
  7. Tap Copy starting date and pick the first day you want the meals copied to.
  8. Tap Copy. Confirm the pop-up; choose Yes to proceed or No to adjust dates.

CookBook duplicates every meal in that window to the new dates - handy for reusing last week’s plan.

Move a single meal

  1. In Planner, tap the day that contains the meal.
  2. Tap the recipe card.
  3. Tap Edit → tap the date field.
  4. Pick the new day and tap the ✓ tick button (bottom-right).
  5. Tap Save.

The meal jumps to its new slot without affecting anything else.

Move multiple meals (bulk)

  1. Open Planner from the bottom bar.
  2. Tap the view icon (top-right) to pick Day / Week / Month - whichever makes selecting easier.
  3. Tap the first day of the range you’re relocating.
  4. Tap ⋮ MoreBulk copy, move or delete.
  5. Set Action to Move.
  6. Choose the start and end dates in Move between (use the same date twice to move a single day’s meals).
  7. Tap Move starting date and select the first day you want the meals moved to.
  8. Tap Move. Confirm the pop-up; choose Yes to proceed or No to adjust dates.

CookBook removes the meals from the original dates and places them on the new ones.
