How to import recipes from YouTube

Quick answer: On iOS, tap Share under a YouTube video → More…CookBook, then choose Save or Edit recipe. CookBook pulls the recipe from the video caption or linked website.

Tips for better results

  • Importing works best when the full recipe is written in the video caption.
  • If no caption recipe is found, CookBook follows any linked website and tries to import from there.
